Coming from a long lineage of home builders, investors, and farmers (yes, farmers!), she has been immersed in construction, land acquisition, and local real estate from an early age. That foundation continues to shape her instinctive understanding of what makes this region special.

With more than a decade of hands-on real estate experience, Vanessa brings a unique blend of market insight, business acumen, and creative negotiation to every client relationship. Prior to real estate, she spent over 20 years leading high-performing sales and marketing teams in the television and digital advertising industries. This corporate background sharpened her ability to strategize, negotiate, and thrive under pressure—skills she now applies to deliver exceptional results for her buyers and sellers.

Outside of work, Vanessa is fueled by her love of good food, travel, and fitness, and she treasures time with her big Italian family. She’s a proud mom, often found cheering at her children's sporting events, lifting weights, horseback riding, or wake surfing on the delta. A dedicated community advocate, Vanessa plays an active role with Big Brothers Big Sisters and continues to devote her time to East Bay youth and senior programs.
